There are currently two open Professor positions advertised within our IB/Strategy group here at the University of Melbourne:

Professor of International Human Resources/Cross-Cultural Management - Applications close Feb 28, 2016 (see: http://jobs.unimelb.edu.au/caw/en/job/887354/professor-of-international-human-resources-crosscultural-management and attached advertisement). This is a joint appointment across IB/Strategy and HRM.

 

Our IB/Strategy group includes Jane Lu, Tom Osegowitsch, Helen Hu, Tine Koehler, Sachiko Yamao and Majid Abdi (and myself). We are a highly active and engaged group of scholars. Since 2012, we have had papers accepted in Academy of Management Journal, Journal of International Business Studies, Administrative Science Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Organizational  Research Methods, Journal of Business Ethics, California Management Review, Journal of World Business, International Business Review and Asia Pacific Journal of Management. We have a recently revamped four-year PhD program and offer a dedicated Master of International Business.
