Comments: On 1/5/2016, MSU Telecom Systems will be working with its
upstream providers to do preventative maintenance and upgrades to the
transport network for commercial content. During this time most
channels not generated on campus will be offline.
After the maintenance is complete, users will not need to rescan
televisions. During the maintenance window, users may see a notice of
"Channel not available" or "Low/No Signal".
