These activities include facilitating workshops on student learning, co-development of instrumentation and assessment design with stakeholders, contributing to the scholarship of post-secondary educational assessment, and decision-making relating to the effectiveness of Center for Engaged Teaching (CET) initiatives. As a member of the CET professional team, the Academic Assessment Principal Analyst is expected to provide learner assessments at the level of course and program or academic major, as well as program evaluation analyses aligned with developing outcomes-based curricula. > > The Academic Assessment Principal Analyst will serve as an integral member of the Teaching and Learning Commons leadership team. Together with the Teaching and Learning Commons Faculty Director, the CET Director, and the Deans of Undergraduate Education and the Graduate Division, the Academic Assessment Principal Analyst will provide a vision for UC San Diego’s undergraduate and graduate curriculum and the initiatives that support educational excellence.
