Not sure whether this is an issue with win 10, or whether the computer you're working on has a high dpi screen. I've had trouble with the high dpi screens, and have found I had to put the screen in a more normal resolution temporarily to install and register spss. Once installed it seems on at higher resolution. (I've run into this issue on win 8 machines before).
