We thought you may be interested in hearing that the National Science Foundation and the American Association of Community Colleges has launched its second annual Community College Innovation Challenge (CCIC)! This year, we're asking teams to submit STEM-based solutions to dilemmas within the food, energy and water systems nexus by Feb. 15, 2016.

Students will compete for prize money of up to $1,500 and a chance to attend an Innovation Boot Camp in Washington, D.C. in June, 2016. While there, teams will receive expert coaching on innovation, communication, and entrepreneurial strategy, as well as exhibit their innovations at a reception on Capitol Hill.
