We are looking for candidates to be part of the delivery and assessment of teaching and learning for students across a range of Business and Management programmes within the Business School. To support its expanding portfolio, applications are now invited from candidates that can demonstrate the capability to make a significant contribution to the planning, delivery and assessment of teaching and learning for students on a range on Strategic Management modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels within the Business School. Due to our international growth this role will involve overseas and distance learning as well as class-based delivery. The role holder will also be expected to contribute to the development and promotion of new modules and/or programmes in this domain, and to engage in research and/or knowledge exchange activity. The ability to design, deliver and assess programmes of learning that provide a high quality student experience is therefore essential and where appropriate, the role holder will also make a significant contribution to course leadership and course developments.
For this post, you will have a demonstrable specialism in Strategic Management and experience to also teach in the UK and internationally. A Doctorate in a cognate subject is essential. In addition to teaching excellence, you will also be expected to make a significant contribution in at least two of the following; corporate/executive education, overseas development and delivery, distance learning development and delivery, applied research, consultancy and business development.

Appointment on the Lecturer or the Senior Lecturer grade will depend on experience and achievement.
