Assistant Professor of Management (Strategy and International Business)

The Department of Management in the Bryan School of Business & Economics at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track opening that combines Strategy with an interest in International Business. The position will commence on August 1, 2016, at the rank of assistant professor.

 

Applicants should hold a PhD/DBA degree with a specialization in Strategy or a closely related discipline, such as International Business with a concentration or emphasis in Strategy, from an AACSB Accredited business school. A demonstrated interest in decision-making in organizations and in hands-on student projects is a plus, as is the ability to tie one’s teaching and research to key elements of our mission: innovation, globalization, sustainability, and ethics. Related business and teaching experience and evidence of successful refereed journal scholarship are preferred.  ABDs who are assured of completion by August 1, 2016, may be considered.
