Assistant Professor of Management (Strategy and International Business)

The Department of Management in the Bryan School of Business & Economics at
the University of North Carolina at Greensboro (UNCG) invites applications
for a full-time, tenure-track opening that combines Strategy with an
interest in International Business. The position will commence on August 1,
2016, at the rank of assistant professor.



Applicants should hold a PhD/DBA degree with a specialization in Strategy
or a closely related discipline, such as International Business with a
concentration or emphasis in Strategy, from an AACSB Accredited business
school. A demonstrated interest in decision-making in organizations and in
hands-on student projects is a plus, as is the ability to tie one’s
teaching and research to key elements of our mission: innovation,
globalization, sustainability, and ethics. Related business and teaching
experience and evidence of successful refereed journal scholarship are
preferred.  ABDs who are assured of completion by August 1, 2016, may be
considered.

theatres, opera, symphony orchestra, ballet and dance studios, art
festivals, as well as countless parks, recreation facilities, and endless
outdoor opportunities.
