FSMA Webinar Series: Preventive Controls for Human and Animal Food Final Rules

FSMA (food safety modernization act) are regulations that farmers amongst others in the food system that will be required to follow to sell to markets. This is a gradual phase in and the larger the farm the sooner the managers will have to implement FSMA. Good Ag Practices (GAP) can be a piece to the regulation.

FDA will be hosting three webinars soon after the release of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) Final Rules on Preventive Controls. These rules will set new safety requirements for facilities that manufacture, process, pack or hold human food and animal food.

Registration for the webinars is not necessary.

Slides will be posted prior to each webinar on this page. Recordings will be made available.
