10多分钟（如果是访问学者用ID卡可以免费坐39路等公交车）。距离华人超市，Fresh
Thyme等超市步行十分钟左右（公交更快）。地点临近学校，小区内主要是学生和访问学
者，所以安全系数很高。
房租：按学生优惠价，$385/月，水电暖气全包，租期从10月初开始，至少租到明年5月。
室友：室友脾气温和，人很nice，在MSU读PhD。
要求：希望年龄低于30岁, 单身，作息正常，无不良习惯。

meters from the apartment, and you can take the bus to the university in no
more than 20 minutes. SV is one of the best choices for safety!

Your roommate: this is a nice Chinese boy, who is now pursuing a Ph.D. at
MSU.
