出。
房子设施齐全，包括冰箱、洗衣机、烘干机、独立车库、厨房及厨具、餐桌餐椅、书桌、衣柜、床及
床垫等等。室友走时将会打扫干净，可拎包入住！公共bathroom。
该房间可短租（9.16-10.31），也可长租（9.16开始，租期一年）。入住时间可协商。
有1路公交可达学校！开车的话5min到达学校。
非Sublease，直接与房东签合同（短期长期均可）。
房租267/month，水电煤气网另附，春夏秋季节不开暖气大概每人每月$50杂费（总费用就是
$320左右）；冬天开暖气大概每人每月杂费$80（总费用$350左右）。
