The Management and International Business Department at Florida International University’s College of Business invites applicants for a position as an Assistant or Associate Professor in International Business. Required qualifications include a Ph.D. in Business Administration or related field and the ability to teach undergraduate, masters, doctoral and executive education courses. Applicants should have a publication record in top ranked management and international business journals. Teaching will be primarily at the graduate level and will include executive education and offshore opportunities. Desirable candidates will also have complementary expertise in a core management area such as strategic management, organizational theory, organizational behavior, HRM, entrepreneurship, etc.

 The College of Business, and particularly the International Business programs, at FIU are recognized as being among the best in the United States. The College has established international prominence through partnerships with over thirty distinguished foreign universities, an advanced study abroad program, and offshore MBA programs. Our faculty and doctoral students maintain strong commitments to the Academy of International Business (AIB), the Academy of Management (AOM), the Strategic Management Society (SMS) and the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SIOP) through publishing, editing, reviewing, and maintaining a presence in conference involvement and organizational offices.
