Dear Colleagues,
I was just wondering whether anyone has thought‎ about or has any interest on food served on airlines? What can be said about the quality? Quantity? Or better still what airline provides the best or worst?
Interestingly a recent JBR call for papers might be of interest to such a research pursuit.
