The Department of Organization, Leadership and Communication in the School of Management at the University of San Francisco 
invites applicants for tenure-track faculty positions (Asst./Associate ranks in leadership from such fields as organizational behavior, organizational development, I/O psychology, organizational theory or management. We are interested in candidates who focus their teaching and research upon leading within a global context and/or a developmental perspective. Applicants should have successful experience teaching organizational related courses as well as relevant professional experience.

The candidate will be expected to conduct and undertake scholarly research in a collaborative and supportive environment that welcomes interdisciplinary and practice-oriented scholarship as well as discipline-based, theoretical work.

A successful candidate must meet the following minimum qualifications: (1) an earned research doctorate (Ph.D.) from an accredited business/management school by the time of appointment; (2) an established or emerging research program and pipeline with a career trajectory in leadership; and (3) an expectation of, or clear record of, excellence in teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
