The mission of the Office of Organization and Professional Development for Diversity and Pluralism (ODP) is that it will serve as a resource that faculty, staff and graduate students within the units of the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources (CANR) use to develop intentional efforts to recruit and retain diverse faculty, staff and graduate students to enhance teaching, research and extension.
