Learn How to Diagnose Disease in
Organic Poultry Flocks During an Upcoming Webinar
Register today for OEFFA's upcoming webinar, A Basic Approach to Poultry Disease Diagnosis on Monday, July 27 at 12 p.m. ET.

The webinar will be led by Dr. Mohamed El-Gazzar, Assistant Professor and Poultry Extension Veterinarian with the Department of Veterinary Preventive Medicine at The Ohio State University.

Dr. El-Gazzar will divide poultry diseases into different groups based on their clinical signs in order to simplify the approach to identifying and diagnosing disease. Learn the clinical signs of each group of diseases, how to take samples, and how to perform a necropsy.

There is no cost to attend the webinar, but pre-registration is required. To register for the webinar, click here.

Veterinary Continuing Education (CE) credits will be granted on an “hour for hour” basis.

This event is geared toward veterinarians, Extension educators, farmers, and others who work with certified organic livestock and poultry, and are part of an educational livestock health series offered by Veterinary Extension at OSU and OEFFA.

Recordings from previous webinars are available here.
For more information about the series, click here, call (614) 421-2022 Ext. 209, or email [log in to unmask].

This series is made possible with funding from the North Central Region Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education’s (NCR-SARE) Professional Development Program.
