Dear colleagues, I wanted to let you know about the topical theme session at GSA on careers and integrating a focus on careers into lessons, courses, and departmental programs. Also, see below about a session on supporting student transfer. T79. Geoscience Career Planning in the Classroom and Beyond The goal of this topical session is to explore ways to improve the involvement of academic institutions, employers, and professional organizations in preparing geoscience students for success in job searches and career planning.
