大家好：


诚招长租室友（半年以上），7月15日前后可入住。公寓位于Castle Pointe，2卫2卧，374/m
出租小卧（水电网另附）。本人已住一年，是续签合同才会有这个价格。Showroom照片见：

-- 房间位于2楼，一个卫生间在大卧室内，另一个卫生间独立归小卧使用；

-- 厨房内有冰箱、微波炉、洗碗机和烤箱；无其他家具；地毯全部清洗；

-- 在Leasing Office旁边，健身、游泳非常方便，24路公交在公寓门口（见图）；

-- 有一个车棚可轮流使用；

-- 非sublease，我们一同签约；


本人计算机专业PhD，大部分时间在实验室。不怎么被人夸，但更少被人骂。我不确定爱开玩笑算不算安静，不确定靠收家来放松心情算不算爱干净，也不确定我的哪些
hobby会被算作不良。。。但我确定，如果你恰巧也喜欢运动，喜欢交朋友，那么我们就会相处的很愉快。

Hi All:


I am looking for a roommate to move into a 2-bed 2-bath apartment in Castle
Pointe Apartments. The following are some pics from the showroom, and our
apartment has the exact same layout (plz ignore the furnitures).

--  It is on the 2nd floor with a balcony. The smaller bedroom is for you,
with an independent bathroom close to it. The bigger bedroom has a bathroom
inside it.

--  We will share the living room and kitchen. The rent for you is $374/m,
and mine is $400/m. We also need to share the bill: $40 Internet and
cable/m + electricity + heat in winter.

--  It is close to #24 bus stop and fitness center (with inside and outside
pools)

--  I have been living there for 1 year, and that’s why we can get the
rental so cheap. We will sign the lease and pay the deposit together, and
the lease must be longer than half a year. So, no sublease.


I am a PhD in Computer Science.  Most of my time has to be spent in the
lab. Love sports and making friends. Think cleaning and cooking as fun. Not
that geek, but sometimes with ‘weird’ humors … So, if you are similar, I am
sure we will have a good time there.
