Hi everyone, Sorry for bothering you who are not interested. A male roommate is needed in college town apartment start from the coming 2015 fall semester, it's 4 bedrooms 2 bathroom apartment. The lease will start on Aug. 3rd and last for one year.The monthly rent is 355 including water garbage. The total monthly rent is estimated around $380 including everything. There are three people sharing this apartment with you, two of them are girls (MSU engineering phd student) and one of them is a guy(engineering phd student). Two women will take bedrooms on one side and two men will take bedrooms on the other side so there will not be so many interventions. They are all quiet, easy going.
