Hi everyone, Sorry for bothering you who are not interested. A male roommate is needed in college town apartment start from the coming 2015 fall semester. The lease will start on Aug. 3rd and last for one year. The monthly rent is 355 including water and internet. The total monthly rent is estimated around $380 including everything. There are three other people sharing this apartment, two of them are girls(MSU engineering student) and one of them is a guy(engineering student in the same lab). Two women will take bedrooms on one side and two men will take bedrooms on the other side so there will not be so many interventions. They are all PhD students, quiet, easy going.
