Hi all, If you are planning to stay longer in India after the AIB conference, this mail might interest you. My hometown Ooty is a beautiful hill station about 266 kms from Bangalore (6 and a half hour drive from Bangalore). The Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary/national park is on the way to Ooty and is 225 kms from Bangalore (takes 5 hours to get to Mudumalai).
