Best regards, Keikoh RYU [log in to unmask] ======================= ※International Conference＠Osaka, Japan( August 4-5, 2015) Social Responsibility and the University:Information Disclosure and Governance ※Conference Objectives The International Conference on Social Responsibility and the University: Information Disclosure and Governance aims to bring together leading research scholars, educators, practitioners from Japan, China and the United States to share their experiences and research results. This conference will be conducted under multi-disciplinary perspectives and research methods of economics, management, business ethics and comparative pedagogy, with a view to producing theories, instrumentation, data, case studies and ideas to improve information disclosure and governance of universities. ※Call for Abstracts Information disclosure is one of the key points of interaction between universities and society; it has great significance in enhancing institutional transparency and promoting public participation. As a typical stakeholder organization, the university’s information disclosure policies have also become the guarantee and driver of social responsibility for stakeholders. This conference explores a number of issues central to the values and strategies of information disclosure in the context of university governance, with a view to intensifying the awareness of information disclosure as a social responsibility of universities, so as to construct a new paradigm of university governance with information disclosure at the core. The conference committee launches a call for oral and e-poster communications (presentations will be given in English). High quality research contributions describing original and unpublished results of conceptual, constructive, empirical, experimental, or theoretical work are cordially invited for presentation at the conference. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to: university information disclosure, university social responsibility, university governance. A number of selected high-impact full text papers will be considered for publishing in conference proceedings book. The book and certificate of presentation will be distributed to the conference participants. ※Important Dates Paper Abstract submissions June 6 - 28, 2015 Authors' registration July 6 - 18, 2015 Conference dates August 4 - 5, 2015 •Abstract submission should be made by June 28th, 2015. •Abstract should be no more than 500 words.
