Users are advised to use the Primary VPN Server (Telecom Systems VPN) while this server is unavailable. A replacement has been ordered. This only affects AACC and One-X Agent users. These users will not be out of service, but they may need to select the primary VPN to connect to these services. Server is expected to be installed during the evening of 5/13. ***********
