- 家具等非常齐全。房间里有一张full size的床，书桌，转椅，书架和衣橱；厨房有微波炉，烤箱，冰箱和厨
具等；客厅有餐桌和椅子。
- 公寓在grand river上，步行距离到CATA BUS #1公交车站，到校园，超市和Meridian Mall都很方便。
- 斜对面是东方超市，周边很多吃饭的地方，还有一家BOA
- 包括健身房和游泳池，免费停车
- 公寓离街道有一定距离，比较安静不吵。
