DearColleagues, You arecordially invited to attend the 4th annual Workshop on Talent Management, to beheld in Valencia, Spain on September 24 and 25, 2015. Following the threehighly successful Workshops that were held in Brussels in 2012 and 2013, and inBerlin in 2014, the 2015 Workshop is intended to continue providing a forum foracademic debate on the rapidly growing field of talent management. TheWorkshop has a strong developmental focus and as such encourages research whichmay be in progress as well as completed research. Among our regularparticipants, chairs, guests, and keynote speakers are such renowned scholarsas Paul Sparrow, Randall Schuler, Susan Jackson, High Scullion, David Collings,Marion Festing, as well as many other outstanding scholars. To present a paper at the workshop, authors should submit a (up to) 3-pageabstract by June 4, 2015. Please note, however, that there is norequirement to submit and present a paper — some of our attendees come just tolisten, learn, comment, and participate in our lively discussions.
