Colleagues,

The 35th International Geoscience Congress is being held in Cape Town next summer (27th August - 4th September 2016). One of the key themes of the conference is "Geoscience Education and Public Communication", so this is a really exciting opportunity to engage with an international audience. If anyone has an idea for a symposium please consider submitting it - the deadline is 31st May 2015. The call for abstracts opens on 1st July.

Further information can about this theme can be found at http://www.35igc.org/Themes/3/Geoscience-Education-and-Public-Communication, and about the conference in general at http://www.35igc.org/

All the best,
