hi I need an apartment from this May and I will probably stay till this Dec, so the following are the requirements:
1. 离商学院近（epply center）/有步行即到的车站
2. 离任何一间超市近
3. 不考虑SV
4. 家具齐全有厨房和独立卫生间
5. 请回复租金+水电暖网全包的总价
室友有车的优先考虑哈哈 距离近+价低者得 请直接回复邮件
