现在不少同学暑期房子空出来，在找subleaser，所以分享一下我遇到的一个典型骗局（没有上当），希望大家多加留意。 这类骗局有着固定的模式，如下： Step 1 发短信或邮件说自己看到了广告，表现出极大兴趣（一般一上来就会表达“extremely interested”） Step 2 得知房子available后，基本没什么问题，就开始要姓名、地址、电话等个人信息，说要寄check过来。这一步一般都包括冗长而又做作的自我介绍，比如“I'm real fun person &hard working clean and quite person and easy going and respected My laugh is soft and contagious.” （最后一句是什么鬼。。），还有一律都是“My boss will be sending it to you and you will get it this week”，有的还会提到travel allowance，目的是为下一步作铺垫。 Step 3 告诉你check已经寄出，但是“My boss made a mistake by sending you all my allowance (check), which includes the( rent fee and the funds for my flight ticket) and it was issued out to you together"..所以希望你先把check存了，再把除去租金剩下的金额返还给Ta （到这里就发现不对劲了吧……） 两个字：骗子~ 大家以后遇到这类邮件就可以直接忽略了，不要在他们身上浪费时间~ 希望这个信息有点帮助 ：） Sharon
