We are looking for a male roommate starting from Aug. 1st 2015 to July
2016. It is a 3-bedroom townhouse in College Towne Apartment complex.
Currently, we have a PhD student and a undergraduate. It is new lease,
which means new renovation.
The first floor has a dinning room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom, and the
second floor has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment also
has drier and washer. The rent is $370 per month not including
utilities (gas and electricity, ~$20 each). Please let me know if you
