They don’t even need to email it a .wav. There is an interface where you can listen to your voice mails via a browser: https://cluster.messaging.telecom.pp.msu.edu/npm-pwg/loginForm.jsp This is part of the unified messaging system. Is there a service that can provide transcription of voicemails and dump them in an email? One of my faculty is under the impression that this is a service offered by MSU, but I’ve never heard of it before. I can imagine it would be quite useful to someone who is hearing impaired, but I have no idea who might offer such a thing. Has anyone heard of a service like this offered on campus?
