There is one room in a two bedroom apartment available now until July 31.
The apartment is behind the East Cafe on Grand River, right opposite of the
McDonald's. It is 10 mins' walk to business college. The rent is 350 a
month. The Internet and electricity would be around 30 dollars a month for
each person. The roommate is a quiet, nice American girl who likes cooking.
She took her study very seriously and never party at home. All she does is
study and cooking at home in the weekdays. She has been study aboard for
one year before so she is very friendly to the International students. She
is looking for a female only, and prefer someone who is also very nice and
quiet. If you would like to stay in the apartment longer than July 31, you
could find your own roommate and sign the contract with the landlord.

interested in renting sometime from now to July 31.
