Join Lansing-area restaurant and farm owners for a panel discussion on local restaurants using local food. Nick Gavrilides (Soup Spoon Café), Adam Montri (Ten Hens Farm), and Nina Santucci (Purple Carrot Food Truck & Red Haven) will discuss topics related to sustainability, partnerships between local restaurants and local farms, and opportunities for sourcing locally.
