This webinar will examine the historical patterns and impacts entangled in white supremacy, white privilege, and other forms of oppression. We’ll explore how they show up in our thoughts, interactions, institutions, and cultural practices — creating divisive environments and outcomes despite best intentions. We’ll explore conversational tactics that deepen understanding and engagement especially when viewpoints differ and tensions run high.
After attending you’ll have:- A deepened understanding of the origin of differences and how they obstruct efforts to create equity.- Increased confidence in engaging in Courageous Conversations.- An Action Planning tool to create and follow through on tangible goals.
