This maintenance may impact users of Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC) and Avaya One-X Agent. These users should make sure they are using the "Telecom VPN - CC" connection if they wish to continue to have service during this maintenance window. During this maintenance IT Services will be updating the firewall IP address and performing firmware updates. Windows XP users that currently use Juniper NetScreen Remote will no longer be able to use this service after this maintenance, and will no longer be supported. ***********
