It appears this will remove a previously installed update KB3004394 that may prevent the  installation of future Windows updates.

Heads up, just in case.
Windows update KB3024777 looks suspicious. It only showed in the Windows 7 system tray because Windows update is set to ask before updating.
The only reference I found in Google was

I'm not going to install it unless I have positive confirmation.
