Sorry to bother those who are not interested.

There is one bedroom averrable in a 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath two story house
on Grand River, behind the Oriental Market, near the Route 1 bus stop.

The rent is $300 per month. There would be about $30 to cover all the other
utility and internet. Washer and Dryer are free to use in the basement.

The bedroom is fully furnished, including a twin size bed, two desks, two
chairs, a bookshelf, and two end tables. The living room, dining room and
kitchen are also fully furnished.

There are a couple and male graduate student living in the other two
bedrooms.

The earliest move in date is Dec. 15th. The length of lease is flexible and
up to the tenant’s needs.
