design and delivery of innovative undergraduate and postgraduate (including EMBA and MBA) learning programs. It also has

an active strategy of engagement and works in close cooperation with industry, government and the not-for-profit sectors

in order to enhance its curriculum and the employability of its graduates, and to develop research that informs policy and

practice.

The Business School is seeking to appoint a Professor of International Management to the Discipline of International

Business with interests, in particular, in the areas of international strategic management including the internationalisation

and decision making processes of corporate boards and top management teams, and international corporate governance

including diversity and gender issues, especially women in leadership.

The appointee will provide leadership and a collaborative and collegial approach to research and teaching. In doing so, they

will conduct individual and joint research; introduce junior staff to research contacts and research networks; and actively

participate in, and contribute to, the design and delivery of curriculum.

With a PhD in international management or a related field, you will have an outstanding track record of research and

teaching as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong links with business and industry. You will also have a record of

successful research student supervision.

TERM & REMUNERATION

This appointment is a part-time (0.4FTE) continuing appointment involving a 40% commitment to teaching, research and

service. A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
