Dear all, I have two bedrooms for rent. It is two bedrooms of a four-bedroom house, and one will be available from December 10, 2014. another one will be available from December 31, 2014.The house has three floors, the basement, washing machine and drying machine provided. first floor, one main room and one big kitchen, and a bathroom. second floor, four bedroom and another bathroom. It is five-minute driving to campus, less than ten-minute walking to CATA bus station, and also very close to Kroger and Hong Kong. The rent is $320/month, covering EVERYTHING!!!(heat, power....) Beds, sofa, table, desk etc almost all the things you need are covered. The landlady is a very easygoing Taiwanese. She helps us with cleaning up once a month. Roomies are all friendly Chinese males, they are engineering grad students, and can drive you to campus for classes.
