I have one bedroom for rent. It is one bedroom of a four-bedroom house, and
will be available from December 10, 2014.
It is five-minute driving to campus, less than ten-minute walking to CATA
bus station, and also very close to Kroger and Hong Kong.
The rent is $320/month, covering everything.
The landlady is a very easygoing Taiwanese. She helps us with cleaning up
once a month. Roomies are all friendly Chinese males.
