Dominican University’s Brennan School of Business announces a search for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor of Management, effective August, 2015. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching at both the undergraduate and MBA levels and will teach 3 courses per semester including both introductory and advanced courses. All areas of research and teaching within management will be considered, but preference will be given to those applicants prepared to teach international business, international management, health administration or strategy. Additional areas of experience include preparing students for global citizenship and engaging students in service learning. Qualifications Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Management or a related field from an AACSB accredited program. ABDs who will earn their terminal degree before August 2015 will also be considered. Evidence of undergraduate and graduate teaching excellence and of research interest and potential consistent with AACSB accreditation is important. An enthusiasm for student advising along with interests in curriculum development and innovative student learning strategies, which may include experiences with hybrid learning formats, are also important.
