Thank you to Shannon Schmoll, John French, and Shane Horvatin for hosting the ILN-MSU Fall Kick-Off event at the Abrams Planetarium last evening. We had a wonderful group of attendees from various units on campus. After the meal, networking time, and business meeting, Shannon provided an overview of the informal learning approach and work at the Planetarium. The group was then treated to a great program using the new full-color projection system, which included stars, planets, and a 3D model of a dinosaur who appeared on the dome! An announcement was made about the new ILN-MSU Speaker Series, which starts on November 13, 2014.
