2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ( one bedroom is bigger. Thus, by contract, the
one lives in the bigger bedroom needs to share 55% of the rent)
$735 per month if we sign a one year contract before Nov. ( only rent for
the house, nothing else is included.)
Move in date: Nov. 1st, 2014

The view is very beautiful. That's the reason why I don't want to move out.
