Way to leave a good impression at your internship company Introduction to the Lecturer Dr. Hao Wen, pursuing his PhD degree in Material Science and Engineering at Michigan State University from 2006 to 2012, works in the field of biofuel battery, and has a background in electrochemistry and material science. He started his dissertation in February, 2011, and began job hunting (writing resume, going to job fairs) at the same time. After being rejected twice, yet being contacted by the company afterwards, and two rounds of phone interview and an on-site interview, he was hired by Ford and has been doing research on Lithilium battery at Ford till now.
