Queen’s University Management School (QUMS) - which enjoys an international reputation as a top 20 UK business school and a first class research institute for the business sciences – has a bold ambition. We want to grow into a global leader in education and research and we are seeking to reinforce our academic reputation by making a range of appointments in Management.

 

Our mission is to become a first-class business school that endeavours to deepen understanding of how markets, trade networks, (international) business organisations and social institutions behave and to produce graduates who possess integrity, creativity and academic excellence.

 

Applications are now sought from outstanding individuals with the desire and potential to contribute to the further development of Queen’s University Management School.

 

The successful applicant(s) at lecturer level will be a committed teacher and possess the potential to publish in journals at international standard in any area of Management.

 

Applicants for senior posts should have a strong record of excellence in teaching and must have an extensive track record of publications of an international standard. They must also be committed to providing academic leadership.

 

Applicants from any field of Management are welcome. Applicants in the areas of Strategy and International Business are especially welcomed.

Salary scales:

Lecturer salary: £34,233 - £50,200 per annum (including contribution points)
Senior Lecturer salary: £48,743 - £61,705 per annum (including contribution points)

Professor: Salary will be determined in accordance with the Professorial range as applied within the University
