Assistant or Full Professor of Strategy

The new professor will be a member of HEC
Lausanne’s Strategy
Department, which is currently composed by Professors Bonardi,
Cadot, Castañer,
Grassi, Palazzo, Petty and Philippe, covering the areas of
business and
corporate strategy, non-market strategy, corporate social
responsibility and
governance, globalization and entrepreneurship. The Strategy
faculty has
published in leading journals such as the Academy of Management
Journal,
Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly,
Business and
Politics, Business & Society, Games and Economic Behavior,
Journal of
Business Ethics, Journal of Business Venturing, Journal of
Management, Journal
of Management Studies, Journal of Public Economics, Managerial
and Decision
Economics, Review of International Economics, Strategic
Management Journal, and

Candidates for Full Professorship must hold a PhD
in management or in a
related discipline, and a proven record of top publications and
high quality
teaching. Candidates for tenure-track Assistant Professorship
should be close
to completion of their PhD. Preference will be given to
candidates with a focus
on Organization Theory/Design and with the ability to teach an
International
Strategy course as part of their teaching load, as well as with
expertise in
one or more quantitative methods. A job description is available
