As part of the national effort on creating a more sustainable food system, students from the Sustainable Agriculture and Food Systems program are hosting Food Day @ MSU on October 23. 

Food Day is an event organized by students to show the importance of Real Food-food that is healthy for the body and the environment, produced in an ethical way. This year MSU Food Day will focus on local farms by highlighting Michigan apples and what the university, as an institution, can do to support farmers. 

Come out to The Rock between noon and 5pm, October 23rd,  for a chance to win prizes to local business, snag a free, local apple, stretch in a free outdoor yoga class, and interact with new and unique concepts in sustainability!
