Dear Colleagues,
Does anyone have (or can refer me to) statistics on participation rate (free-riding, social loafing, shirking, absenteeism) in Global Virtual Teams?
I’ve found tons of paper that talk about very high rates of free-riding in GVTs, but I can’t find any that actually empirically evaluated the problem and can provide some concrete numbers.
