Millikin University seeks a visionary, collaborative, and innovative
industry expert to teach marketing and management, beginning August
2015.  
 
Overview of the Tabor School
The Tabor School of Business is dedicated to performance learning --
creating opportunities for students to perform with third-party
stakeholders early and often. This focus has driven innovation in the
content and delivery of the business program that not only creates a
unified sense of purpose across the Tabor School, but is also integrated
across the entire University:
·	   More than 30 entrepreneurially focused courses outside the
business school in such disciplines as Art, English, Biology, Music
Business, Social Services, Theatre, etc.
·	   Seven faculty-student run ventures across campus.
·	   Curriculum focused on delivering business solutions locally,
nationally, and internationally.  
·	   A nationally recognized Center for Entrepreneurship.  
·	   A well-respected MBA program that delivers synchronized
learning nationally and internationally.   
 
Job Responsibilities
·		 Use practical expertise and training to teach a
complementary set of courses in marketing and management. 
·		 Teach in the undergraduate and MBA programs.
·		 Conduct relevant scholarship in the field.
·		 Advise and mentor students.
·		 Engage in university, community, and professional
service.
·		 Develop industry relationships that lead to performance
learning activities and internships.
 
Job Qualifications
·		 Practical experience in marketing and management a
must.
·		 Doctoral degree required; consideration given to a
candidate working on doctorate with a defined end date.
·		 Potential for scholarship.
·		 Evidence of excellent teaching.
·		 Evidence of ability to develop external business
relationships.
