Don't miss this opportunity to attend the international conference hosted
by China Business Studies Initiative at University of San Francisco
February 26-28, 2015.

This is the first of its kind to bring scholars, practitioners and policy
makers together to have open and honest discussions on challenges and
solutions related to Chinese outbound FDI in the United States and the
world.  You will be interacting with world renowned scholars, experts and
government decision makers at keynote speaker sessions, key panels and
round table sessions, regular sessions, City Hall tour, Napa Valley winery
tour, and other activities.

We will provide a limited number of scholarships to cover the registration
fees for doctoral students.  Please indicate that you wish to apply for the
scholarship in your submission.

are the strengths and weaknesses of Chinese multinationals implementing a
sales force, R&D, and even manufacturing across the United States?*

The China Business Studies Initiative (CBSI) at the University of San
Francisco is pleased to invite you to our first annual international
conference that aims to address the issues faced by Chinese multinationals
seeking to crack the U.S. market. Join us as we discuss and share knowledge
and insights, evaluate the impact of current policy, and set a research
agenda for the future.

This interactive, two-day conference will *feature panel discussions and
roundtables for a robust exchange of ideas, strategies, and solutions* to
the challenges that face Chinese business seeking to invest in the United
States.

Our confirmed keynote speakers include:

   - Richard Huang, Secretary General, China General Chamber of Commerce
   and former Ambassador to UN
   - Marshall Meyer, Tsai Wan-Tsai Professor Emeritus, Wharton School of
   Business
   - Mike Peng, Jindal Chair of Global Strategy, the University of Texas at
   Dallas
   - Tokuchi Tatsuhito, Managing Director & Chairman of the Investment
   Banking Committee, CITIC Securities Co., Ltd

exploration of the magnificent building of the San Francisco City Hall led
