Rugman Memorial Fellow
We are pleased to announce that Professor Alain Verbeke will be the
inaugural Rugman Memorial Fellow at the Henley Business School,
University of Reading. Alain was a close associate to the late
Professor Alan Rugman, and his long-time collaborator. Following
Professor Rugman's untimely demise, this appointment is perfectly
positioned to help to maintain continuity with Rugman’s work, and
his legacy at Henley Business School.
Professor Verbeke will take on a number of responsibilities that we
had hitherto relied upon Alan Rugman, primarily those associated
with our PhD programme, as well as research activities associated
with the John H. Dunning Centre for International Business.
